CARE Bangladesh’s Program Evidence, Advocacy, Research & Learning (PEARL) team recently organized a number of reflective and interactive discussions on 3 Program Quality markers- Gender, Governance and Resilience. The Program Quality markers are vital self-assessment (qualitative) tool for measuring CARE projects’ alignment with meeting compliance with Gender, Governance and Resilience framework during program design and implementation phase. These are used to ensure CARE’s programmatic integration in those three core thematic areas that cross-cuts all projects irrespective of development and humanitarian context.
