Since August 2017, Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh has become on of the fastest growing and densely populated refugee shelter. Crossing over with mere belongings, the hundreds and thousands of the refugees spent weeks under the open sky. The government of Bangladesh, NGOs, INGOs, private donors and host communities helped them build temporary settlements in the crevices of hilly areas in Ukhia Upazila.
